ELIT – Electronic Legislation Inventory Tool
Comparative legal harmonisation studies will be carried out using a methodology in accordance with the EU Legislation Harmonisation Table format within the scope of the evaluation of the EU acquis and national legislation in the field of Transport. In order to both facilitate the processes of regulatory institutions and to carry out and monitor project activities, a software called Electronic Legislation Inventory Tool (ELIT) is being developed. Thanks to ELIT, relevant public institutions will be able to access the work done and the status of compliance with the EU will be monitored from a single point.
